I was recently reading a site talking about dog breed characteristics; it was obvious that the writer thought Goldens were the BEST breed of dog, as every other breed was compared to a Golden and in some way or other found wanting, example, “Not as friendly as a Golden” or “Not as trainable as a Golden.”
Currently I am a friend with several amazing Golden Retrievers and I admit – this is a wonderful breed of dog.
